SLList has been dropped from the Seattle Lab product line. The only remaining issue is with Seattle Lab policies and procedures in the way they went about dropping this product. SLlist was sold by Seattle Lab for about one year. During that time they sold "premium product support" that covered that product.
When they decided to drop SLList at the same time they stopped all product support for the product. That included stopping product support for customers that had paid additional money for support services.
Seattle Lab seems to have demonstrated a lack of ethical concerns in setting their own policies and procedures and is willing to abandon customers without providing a reasonable alternative..
